You may return most items sold by FuelCellEarth.com within 30 days of delivery with a Return Authorization Number that needs to be authorized by Fuel Cell Earth.
If the Customer returns an item the customer is responsible for the returnshipping cost, and will be refunded the Material cost only.
If the result of Order is a error on Fuel Cell Earth we will pay the return shipping cost and refund the material cost and shipping.
Items that can not be returned are custom products and carbon cloth or paper that is Teflon treated.
If an Items is returned after 30 days their will be a 10% restocking fee.
If a customer refuse the package because they did not want to pay Duties and Taxes then they are responsible for the Shipping Fee to the customer and the Shipping fee to the return the order plus a 10% restocking Fee.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
